FAQs
Private Label vs. Custom
What is private labeling?
Private labeling means we manufacture the products and apply your brand name and logo, so you can sell them as your own. We offer a wide range of stock options across cosmetics, skincare, personal care, men’s products, and more.
Do you offer custom formulation?
Yes. You can work directly with our on-premise chemistry lab to develop custom formulas and build a line that’s uniquely yours.
Products and Minimums
What types of products do you offer?
Our stock products are listed under the “Products” tab, spanning color cosmetics, skincare, men’s care, personal care, and more. If you don’t see the shade or product type you want, we can explore a custom formulation option.
Do you offer men’s products?
Yes. We currently offer men’s skincare and a men’s beard line. If you want something beyond the stock options, we can look at custom formulation.
What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For stock items, the minimum order is $150.
How much does it cost?
Your minimum order starts at $150 for stock items, and total cost depends on: product selection, quantities, packaging, and whether you choose labels or hot stamping.
For custom formulation, pricing depends on the final formula and raw ingredients, plus packaging and decoration. The fastest way to get an accurate quote is to book an initial consultation so we can understand your project.
Packaging, Labels, and Decoration
Do I have to use your packaging, or can I source my own?
Either works. We can source custom packaging for you, or you can send your own packaging for us to fill. If you source your own, we’ll need to test it for compatibility with our machinery first. Your sales rep will guide you through that process.
Do you do labels only, or can you hot stamp packaging too?
We offer both: labels and hot stamping.
Ingredients
Do you make clean or vegan products?
Yes, we offer clean or vegan options. If you need something more specific, custom formulation is available.

Where are your products made? Where is your factory?
Our factory is in Farmingdale, New York (USA) and products are made there.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship internationally and have an international sales department to support clients outside the US.

Getting Started
How do I get started?
Book an Initial Consultation. It’s the fastest way to get aligned on your product, packaging, and next steps, and to get accurate pricing guidance. Link at top of page!
Why do you need a Tax ID / EIN?
We request a Tax ID / EIN because we manufacture and sell B2B and need it to:
-
Set up your account correctly in our system under a registered business (so orders, invoices, and documentation match your company).
-
Support tax and resale documentation required for wholesale manufacturing transactions (i.e. you don't pay sales tax!)
-
Meet compliance and recordkeeping requirements that come with producing regulated consumer goods.
-
Protect both sides by confirming your business is set up to purchase for resale and move forward with production.
Good news: You can still book a consultation without one. We just recommend getting it started so you don’t hit a paperwork wall when you’re ready to place an order.
